Abnormal display or no display
Cycle power to AC motor drive
Display normal?
AC motor drive works normally

5.8 Phase Loss (PHL)

Check wiring at R, S and T terminals
Check if the screws of terminals are tightened
Check if the input voltage of R, S, T is unbalanced
Maybe AC motor drive has malfunction or misoperation
due to noise. Please contact DELTA.
