    BEFORE SETTING OVEN CONTROLS Oven vent location The oven vent is located below the control panel (See Fig. 1). When the oven is on, warm air passes through this vent. This venting is necessary for proper air circulation in the oven and good baking results. Do not block the oven vent.

Prior to setting a delay start, be sure the time of day is set correctly. If the delay start needs to be set more than 12 hours in advance (12-24 hours), the control must first be programmed for 24 hour display mode.
