Welcome to the Beamer User's Guide. Beamer is a SmartApplet® that
runs on IR-capable AlphaSmart devices and takes advantage of the
built-in wireless capabilities of these devices.
Note:
AlphaSmart® because Palm OS devices (such as Dana and Dana
Wireless) have beaming technology built into many of their
applications.
With Beamer, you can beam data

Between two AlphaSmart devices (Neos and/or
AlphaSmart 3000s)

From an AlphaSmart device to a Palm OS device
