CCTV Closed Circuit Television
Power jack Type of connection used
SCART Type of Socket used on televisions in Europe – VCR units to input/
output of audio and video signals.
Infra-red LED's Light emitting diodes that work on the infra-red spectrum.
(Invisible to the human eye).
TV Television
VCR Video cassette / recorder
1 way sound A microphone within the CCTV Camera that transmits
sound from the camera position.

Congratulations on purchasing a GET
Home / Workplace CCTV System. The
camera is compact and designed for
both outdoor and indoor use. The Black
and White camera is equipped with Infra
– Red LED's that allow you to see in
the dark in close proximity to the camera
position. (We recommend additional
lighting to be installed if you wish to
cover a larger area of view). Colour
Cameras require additional lighting for
night time operation.
We advise that you read these
instructions before installing the system
even though it is a plug in and play
system. The system easily connects to
any standard TV or VCR with a SCART
socket.
It allows you to see and hear events at
the camera location by simply tuning
your TV or VCR to an AV channel.
The Black and White – Colour Multi-
camera PIR systems are ideal for
monitoring or protecting your home,
place of business or areas you wish to
observe;
