Your new DVX-580G is designed with your multi-purpose home entertainment in mind--a player that can do it all. You will see that creating DivX discs which compile volumes of your recordings and videos is simple. -

- Press once to PAUSE playback and enter AUTO STOP MODE. Press twice to STOP playback. When in AUTO STOP MODE, playback pauses and the Vocopro screen appears. Pressing PLAY will resume playback and exit AUTO STOP MODE. PLAY / PAUSE button - This button is used to initiate disc PLAYBACK. -

Remote Control Operations Installing the batteries To install the batteries,first remove the battery compartment lid from the back of the remote control.Insert two AA batteries,ensuring that the polarities are aligned correctly. If your TV has only a RF-style Jack, such as Antenna In or 75 ohm, and no RCA video input jack, you can connect video with a RF modulator (not supplied). Ask your dealer for details on RF modulator availability and compatibility.Follow the instructions provided with the RF modulator to connect the DVX-580G to yourTV. -

You can also use a VCR to connect video to a TV with no RCA video input.You will need an RCA cable and a 75-ohm “coaxial” type cable. IfyouhavebothcoaxialandopticalinputsonyourAC-3decoder/receiver,itisrecommendedtouseanopticalconnectionasthosecableseliminatethepossibilityof EMI (electromagnetic interference). If your Dolby Digital Receiver does not have a built-in AC-3 decoder, and has 5.1 channel RCA inputs, you can use the 5.1 channel output jacks on the DVX-580G. Either method will provide for AC-3 decoding. -
