    4 Product Features Échelon Beverage Center The Model 2175BEVS, 2175BEVOL Beverage Center will accommodate up to 16 standard 750 mL bottles of your favorite wines on its two upper, fully extendable, sliding wine racks. The Beverage Center also provides generous storage for non-wine beverages on two lower tempered shelves.

    A grille, located in the base of the unit, must not be blocked at any time, or your unit will not perform as expected. Initial Startup All U-Line units are shipped with controls that are preset. No initial adjustments are required. IMPORTANT IMPORTANT U-Line recommends the unit be allowed to run overnight prior to loading with product.

  • Page 17 Wood Trim Finishing The U-Line Beverage Center is equipped with wood- trimmed wine racks that are coated at the factory with a clear vinyl sealer, which will adequately protect the wood in normal usage. A final finish coat was not applied so that the wood trim could be stained to match décor.
