Coffee Maker Features and Benefits The one-time initial set-up of the coffee maker (see “Before Using Your Momentum Coffee Maker,” page 7) prepares the coffee maker by filling the Water Chamber completely full of water and allowing time for the water to heat to proper brewing temperature. After this one-time set-up is completed, each time you brew a pot of coffee the cold water you pour into the coffee maker pushes out an equal amount of pre-heated hot water from the Water Chamber.
