    PREPARATION FOR USE ANTENNA/CABLE CONNECTIONS From Cable System or Satellite Dish Satellite Box or Cable Box O UT (Not supplied) From Cable System 75-ohm Coaxial Cable (Not supplied) VHF/UHF COMBINED ANTENNA The VHF/UHF Rod Antenna (supplied with 13” model only) is detachable.     CLOSED CAPTION SYSTEM You can view specially labeled (cc) TV programs, movies, news, pre-recorded tapes with either a dia- logue caption or text display. By choosing the caption mode, you CAPTION mode: can watch dramas, movies and news while captioning the dialogues and the contents of news.

    TIME SEARCH The Time Search function makes it possible to quickly advance the tape to your desired position simply by entering the exact amount of playback time you want to skip. NOTES: • Time Search can be set up to a maximum of 9 hours 50 minutes (9:50) by 10 minutes at a time.

    OTR (One Touch Recording) This function enables you to set the recording length simply by pressing the REC/OTR button on the VCR. 1)Begin OTR by pressing the REC/OTR button on the VCR repeatedly until the desired recording length appears. Recording stops when 0:00 is reached.
