at best results are obtained for certain of your fabrics by setting the DIAL POINTER to either side of the recommended

'When only a portion of a clothes load is to be damp dried, set the dial pointer in the time zone according to the drying
table, and start the Dryer.
After the Dryer stops, remove the clothes to be ironed then reset the dial pointer for drying of
the remaining items and turn the START control,
