SPOT-AE
SPOT AE mode works in CAMERA mode only.
Use this function to adjust the exposure of the subject to obtain better results when there is strong backlight or high contrast
between the subject and background, for example on seashores or ski slopes.
1. Set the device to CAMERA and the power switch to REC mode.
2. Press the SPOT AE(STOP) button.
The Icon(
) is displayed on the LCD screen.
3. Place the subject in the centre of AF frame then press the Photo Button halfway down.
After focus is set, you will hear two beeps and an icon that shows focus is fixed will be
displayed on the LCD screen
4. Press the Photo Button down fully to record a picture.
5. To exit SPOT AE Mode, press the SPOT AE Button again or turn it off .
