Using the Pads to Play Sequenced Phrases
(RPS)
You can use the pads to play sequenced phrases you've created. This is called the RPS (Realtime
Phrase Sequence) function. For example, simply by specifying that pad number 2 will play phrase
number 0005, you can press that pad to play the assigned phrase.
1.
Press [PAD MODE], and then press pad [5] (RPS).

When you press a pad [1]–[16], the phrase assigned to that pad will play.
Selecting a phrase
1.
Press [PAD SETTING].

Use the cursor buttons to select "RPS Set Number," and use the VALUE dial to select the
RPS set that you want to play using the pads.
To select the phrase played by each pad, use the cursor buttons to select "Phrase
Number," and then use the VALUE dial to make your choice.
If you want to save the settings, press [F7 (Write)]. To return to the previous screen, press [F8 (Exit)].
