Today, compositions are generally created with equal temperament in mind and are played using equal temperament. However in past ages of classical music, a variety of temperaments were used.

    Changing Various Settings Changing the Damper Pedal’s Resonance (Damper Resonance) On an acoustic piano, depressing the damper pedal makes the notes you play resonate with other strings, adding rich reverberations and fatness to the sound.     No sound produced Sound Generator Local Off When a Roland MT series instrument is connected, it is not necessary to make the Local Off setting. MT units transmit Local Off messages when their power is switched on. If you turn on the power in the order of the HP201 → MT series, Local Off will be set automatically.
