    (LCD) Monitor. This Monitor is designed to enhance the VBP5000 Video In A Bag system. The connection of the Monitor is plug and play. The VBDV56 can be used as an additional monitor or to replace a lost or damaged monitor. The VBDV56 utilizes state of the art electronics and is designed for easy portability and is constructed to provide years of reliable, trouble-free service.

Positioning the Monitor Option 1 Vehicle Headrest (Refer to Figure 1) Slide the Monitor into the pouch, feed the bottom piece of the pouch into the long slot at the bottom of the Monitor and attach the Velcro strap to fasten the Monitor in the pouch.

    F. Powering the Unit Option 1 Indoor Power (Refer to Figure 4) Using the AC/DC adapter supplied with the VBDV56, plug the connec- tor end into the DC 12V IN jack on the side of the Monitor. Plug the AC/ DC adapter into a 120V AC power receptacle.

    NOTE: When the VBDV56 is connected to the VBP5000 using the supplied DIN cable, there is no need for another power source to be connected to the DC 12V IN jack located on the Monitor.
  • Page 7: Using External Audio/Video Sources (Refer To Figure 7)

    Using the DIN cable supplied with the VBDV56, connect one end of the DIN cable to the Monitor Port (Input) located on the side of the Monitor. Connect the other end of the DIN cable to any Monitor Port (Output) on the VBP5000.
