    Connecting the Power/Turning on the DVD Receiver Before connecting • Make sure that all the connections from pages 10 to 16 are completed (the connection to the TV is required). • Turning on the DVD Receiver may cause a momentary power surge, which might interfere with other electrical equipment such as computers. If this happens, use a wall outlet on a different circuit.

    Speaker Setup Before operating your stereo system, you need to set up the speaker configuration and the distance from the listening position to each speaker. Note It is not necessary to set the parameters again once you have completed the setup (with one exception*) unless you change the speaker configuration.
