Hex Dump Mode

Note
When the printer is running a test, it always uses a left margin of 5.1
mm (0.2-inch).
When the printer is in the Hex Dump Mode, all data received, including text
and printer commands, will be printed in both hexadecimal and ASCII
format.
Note
In the ASCII format, all non-printable characters will be represented
by a period.
Engaging the Hex Dump Mode
1. Be sure paper is loaded.
2. Turn the printer off.
3. Simultaneously press and hold the MODE + LF + SHIFT switches while
turning the printer on, until
HEXDUMP
paper.
Running a Hex Dump Test
To run the test, send data to the printer while it is in the Hex Dump Mode.
Exiting Hex Dump Mode
Turn the printer off, then on again.
