Garantía Limitada - Clavadora/Agrapadora Husky 2-en-1
El producto cubierto por esta garantía no posee defectos en los materiales ni en la fabricación durante la garantía limitada
de (1) AÑO para los componentes del clavadora/agrapadora.
El Servicio de Garantía Autorizado reparará o reemplazará, según lo decida, los productos o componentes que hayan
fallado dentro del período de garantía. La reparación se programará de acuerdo con el flujo normal de trabajo y durante
las horas hábiles en la ubicación del centro de servicio, y según la disponibilidad de piezas de repuesto. Todas las decisiones
relativas a esta garantía limitada serán definitivas.
RESPONSABILIDAD DEL COMPRADOR ORIGINAL:
• Para procesar un reclamo de garantía sobre este producto, NO devuelva la herramienta a la tienda minorista. El Centro
de Servicio de Garantía Autorizado debe evaluar el producto. Para conocer la ubicación del Centro de Servicio de
Garantía Autorizado más cercano a su domicilio, llame al 1-877-888-3872 de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a.m. a 5:00 p.m.
• Conserve el recibo de venta original como comprobante de compra para el servicio de garantía.
• Tenga el cui o necesario al utilizar y realizar dad el mantenimiento del producto como se describe en el/los Manual(es)
del Propietario.
• Entregue o envíe el producto al Centro de Servicio de Garantía Autorizado más cercano a su domicilio. Los costos de
flete, si los hubiera, estarán a cargo del comprador.
Este producto no se encuentra bajo garantía con fines comerciales.
ESTA GARANTÍA NO CUBRE:
• La mercancía vendida como reacondicionada, utilizada como equipo de alquiler y los modelos de piso o de exhibición.
• La mercancía que ha sido dañada o averiada debido a causas como desgaste normal, uso indebido, frío, calor, lluvia,
exceso de humedad, daños por congelamiento, uso de productos químicos inadecuados, negligencia, accidente,
incumplimiento de las instrucciones de funcionamiento establecidas en el/los Manual(es) del Propietario provisto(s)
con el producto, mantenimiento inadecuado, uso de accesorios no recomendados por el fabricante o reparaciones o
modificaciones no autorizadas.
• Los costos de reparación y de transporte de la mercancía que se considere que no presenta defectos.
• Los costos asociados con el ensamblaje, los ajustes y otros costos de instalación y puesta en marcha.
• ESTA GARANTÍA NO CUBRE PÉRDIDAS, DAÑOS NI GASTOS ACCIDENTALES, INDIRECTOS O CONSIGUIENTES QUE
PUDIERAN SURGIR DE CUALQUIER DEFECTO, FALLA O FUNCIONAMIENTO INADECUADO DEL PRODUCTO.
• LA DURACIÓN DE TODA GARANTÍA IMPLÍCITA, INCLUIDAS LAS DE COMERCIALIZACIÓN O IDONEIDAD PARA UN
PROPÓSITO EN PARTICULAR SE LIMITA A UN AÑO A PARTIR DE LA FECHA DE COMPRA ORIGINAL.
