WARNING
Read all warnings and instructions before using. Misuse of this product may cause severe injury, including death
and permanent head injury. Caco Abbo Internacional S.A & Caco America LLC shall not be liable for any consequential or
incidental damages produced from the use of this product. This product MEETS ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 and Type 1 requirements for
Industrial Head Protection. Please refer to the shell label for specific standard "Type" and "Class" levels for each model.
Safety helmets are designed to provide limited protection to the head by reducing the force of falling objects striking the top
of the safety helmet shell. While limited protection is provided in other parts of the shell, this safety helmet was not designed
to provide front, side or rear impact protection. Before using, please ensure you are using the correct Personal Protective
Equipment for the desired job. For work-related use, perform an OSHA-compliant hazard assessment to determine the protective
equipment required by your work circumstances; wearer should consult with your supervisor or safety specialist and refer to the
ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 and Type 1 requirements for Industrial Head Protection to determine the appropriate protective equipment
required. Correctly wearing this safety helmet on a construction site may lessen, reduce, or prevent a head injury from certain falling
objects. This safety helmet protects but does not guarantee absolute protection if used for the inadequate job.
This product is NOT unbreakable. Avoid contact with electrical wires at ALL TIMES. DO NOT Carry or wear anything inside your
safety helmet between the suspension and the shell, as a clearance safety zone must be always existent for the shock absorbing
protection system to work properly. It is not recommended to wear anything under the suspension, if needed to wear anything such
as winter liners or sunshades designed to work in conjunction with safety helmets, please consult with your supervisor or safety
specialist and refer to the ANSI/ISEA Z89.1 and Type 1 requirements to ensure it will not affect the safety helmet's protective
properties.
Inspect your safety helmet shell and suspension before every use. DO NOT use, and replace immediately if signs of frayed straps,
cracks, environmental degradation, or any type of damage appear. If the safety helmet shell has signs of faded color, chalky
appearance and starts to feel stiff and fragile, this could mean that the shell is degrading or weakening. Before using, make sure to
adjust the suspension to achieve a snug and secure fit. If the safety helmet has sustained any type of impact, it must be disposed
and replaced immediately, even if damage is not visible. Once the safety helmet has sustained an impact, materials may be
weakened, and it may no longer provide its optimal protection.
Please make sure to follow all safety measures when using in the workplace. Avoid working directly underneath others. DO NOT walk
or work under a suspended load. Always watch for low overhead clearance hazards. If working in higher elevations, make sure to
use a safety helmet chin strap to prevent the safety helmet from falling.
DO NOT alter, modify, puncture, or engrave the shell or suspension of the safety helmet. For proper care, clean the shell and
suspension with mild soap and water. DO NOT use solvents, paints, adhesives, gasoline, chemicals or any like substances on this
safety helmet, as they may weaken the safety helmet materials without the user noticing. Keep in a dry, clean and shaded spot.
This product has a limited warranty for manufacturing and material defects. The warranty does not apply if the product has been
misused, manipulated or components have been altered, abused, tampered with, or improperly maintained. Any damage, loss, or
expense caused by accident, improper maintenance, or a deteriorated product due to aging, will not be covered by our limited warranty.
BEFORE USE
1. Securely pull out the back fit system all the way out.
2. Select desired height for the front fit system.*
*A too loose or too tight helmet can cause damage and will not allow for good helmet performance. Adjust to the right size of your head
for comfort and protection.
ADJUSTABLE RATCHET SYSTEM
1. Turn the ratchet knob counterclockwise until the headband opens to the largest size.
2. Place the safety helmet on your head and turn the ratchet knob clockwise until it fits comfortably.
3. DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN OR OVER-LOOSE THE FIT SYSTEM. *
*A too loose or too tight helmet can cause damage and will not allow for good helmet performance. Adjust to the right size of your head
for comfort and protection.

Koroyd is a welded tube structure that crumples instantly and consistently on impact, absorbing maximum force in a controlled manner.
Koroyd tubes are some of the world's thinnest walled tubes and are 95% air. This reduces weight and enhances comfort without
compromising on safety.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
Store the safety helmet in a dry enviroment, at a temperature LESS THAN 125º F (52º C). DO NOT keep the helmet in an area where
there is constant humidity or direct sun light, if the place where the humidity is abundant, we recommend storing the helmet with silica
bags for humidity absorption.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
1. Remove all the accessories attached to the Safety Helmet.
2. Clean with mild soap and water. DO NOT use ammonia, alkaline cleaners, abrasive cleaning compounds, or solvents when cleaning
safety helmet. The use of certain solvents may lower the impact resistance of the helmet and other parts. Keep it clean & dry.
3. Rinse with water and remove any excess soap remaining on the helmet.
4. Dry the helmet thoroughly with a clean cloth to wipe off the water.
5. Verify and inspect that the shell and its components are completely dry to avoid damage or deterioration.
THREE YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY
This product has a Three-year (from date of purchase) warranty on manufacturing defects ONLY when you purchased a new
helmet from an authorized distributor (Resellers may not be considered authorized distributors). Warranties cover original
manufacturing defects only, not normal scratches or tears made by the user.
Under this warranty, Caco Abbo Internacional S.A & Caco America LLC will determine whether the product needs to be repaired or
replaced. If the product needs to be replaced, it will be for the same or similar product as the original purchase. The proof of purchase
must be included in the product. The decision for all warranty issues must come from Caco America LLC Headquarters.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION
Contact Caco Abbo Internacional S.A or Caco America LLC customer service to obtain more information about the return
political. You will be given written permission and authorization to return the product. The returned product will be subject to
inspection by Caco Abbo Internacional S.A or Caco America LLC headquarters.
Returned articles should be sent to Caco Abbo Internacional or Caco America LLC with shipping prepaid.
REPLACEMENT OF HELMET AND ACCESSORIES
INSPECT THE HELMET, ACCESORIES AND FIT SYSTEM BEFORE AND AFTER EVERY USE.
REPLACE THE SAFETY HELMET WHEN:
• The safety helmet have signs of cracks, dents, discoloration or any irregularity that is not part of the safety helmet for
default.*
• The suspension or the accesories show sign of cracks, discoloration, loss of flexibility or any irregularity that is not part
of the same by default.*
• If the safety helmet has suffered a severe impact. Replace the equipment immediately, even if the damage is not visible.
• Unauthorized parts may reduce the protection of the safety helmet, we recommend always using authorized parts for the
helmet to have the best protection possible.
• If you replace the chin strap or any other part that comes with the helmet from the factory, you will lose the right to
warranty claims.
• Before applying any sticker, please, verify their compatibility with ABS. Stickers may contain materials that in time can
alter the shell properties of the helmet.
* Always check the helmet and accessories before and after use, remember to keep them in a dry place.
How can I tell if the material has been impacted?
When impacted, you may not be able to see the deformation of the material as the damaged area could be hidden inside the product.
If you have had a serious accident and impact, we recommend replacing the product.
I dropped the product, Is it ok?
If the core has been impacted, we cannot guarantee it will be effective in an accident. If in doubt, please take the product to your retailer
so they can assess if there is any damage.
